How does the weekly basket subscription work?
You simply choose your preferred basket size (fruits, vegetables, or mixed), and we deliver a new box to your doorstep every week. You can pause, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account.
Can I skip a week or pause my subscription?
Yes, you can pause or skip any week via your subscription dashboard. Just be sure to notify us at least 72 hours in advance.

Can I order just one basket without subscribing?
Yes! You can place a one-time order with no commitment. Simply select “One-Time Purchase” at checkout.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No, there’s no minimum. You’re free to cancel or change your plan at any time.
How will I be charged for my subscription?
Your payment will be processed automatically every week on the same day your subscription was created.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently offer delivery in Bangkok and surrounding areas. For other provinces, please contact us to confirm availability.
What are your delivery days and times?
We deliver every day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. You can choose the day you prefer to receive your basket when placing your order.
Is delivery really free?
Yes! All subscription deliveries within our service area are completely free. This is one of the benefits of being a subscriber — you save on delivery fees every week while getting fresh produce delivered right to your door.
What if I'm not home during delivery?
No problem! You can provide delivery instructions in your account, such as leaving the basket with a building concierge, security guard, or in a safe spot. Our packaging keeps everything fresh for several hours.
Can I change my delivery address or time?
Yes, you can update your address or preferred delivery time by contacting us at least 72 hours in advance.
How is the produce packaged for delivery?
We use eco boxes and paper-based packaging. Cold-sensitive items are insulated to maintain freshness during transport.
Can you remove the plastic packaging around items?
Yes, if you inform us in advance, we can remove any individual plastic wrapping from your fruits or vegetables.
What’s inside each basket?
Each basket contains a rotating selection of seasonal, pesticide-free organic produce. You can choose between Fruit, Vegetable, or Mixed options in two sizes: for 1–2 people or 3–4 people.
Can I choose what’s in my basket?
Yes, you can choose — but it's based on the freshest seasonal produce available. You can’t always select every item, but you may tell us your preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Customization depends on availability and seasonality.
Will the contents be the same every week?
Basket contents vary weekly depending on what’s fresh, local, and in season. That’s part of the fun — you’ll receive a nice variety of ingredients each time, and we’ll do our best to match your taste and previous selections.
Are your fruits and vegetables certified organic?
All produce is pesticide-free and sourced from trusted Thai farmers. Some items are certified organic, while others follow organic practices without formal certification. We prioritize quality, sustainability, and traceability.
Where do you source your produce from?
We partner directly with farms across Thailand, mostly near Bangkok. Everything is harvested within 24–48 hours before delivery to ensure peak freshness.
What if I receive a damaged or unsatisfactory item?
We have a 100% freshness guarantee! If any item doesn't meet your expectations, simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll either credit your account or include a replacement in your next basket — no questions asked.
What payment methods are accepted?
For subscriptions: We accept secure credit/debit card payments only. Your card is charged automatically each week.
For one-time orders: You can choose to pay by credit/debit card, PromptPay, bank transfer, or even cash on delivery (COD).
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, but only for one-time purchases. Subscription orders require prepayment via card.
When will I be billed?
Subscribers: You’ll be billed automatically every week, on the same day your subscription was created.
One-time orders: You’ll be charged at checkout (or pay on delivery, if you chose COD).
Can I use a different card or update my payment method?
Yes — simply log into your account to update or change your payment details at any time.
Is my payment information safe?
Absolutely. All transactions are handled by a secure, encrypted payment gateway. We do not store your card data on our servers.
Do you offer refunds or partial credits?
If you cancel at least 72 hours before delivery, you won’t be charged for that week. No refunds are available after products are packed or delivered. If something’s wrong, we’ll credit or replace your items under our Freshness Guarantee.
Can I pause billing when I skip a week?
Yes. If you skip a week, your subscription is automatically paused and you won’t be charged for that week.
